Thorn is a modern synthesizer for creating new-generation sounds. Designed with the needs of the modern electronic music producer in mind, DS Audio’s primary goal was to develop a top-notch software synthesizer for creating punchy, choppy, and aggressive sounds.
Features of Thorn Synthesizer:
- Thorn offers 3 oscillators that use a spectral synthesis method. This gives you control over all the harmonics involved in the process of generating your sound. The oscillator provides a variety of real-time spectral effects to further shape harmonics.
- Two multi-mode analog modeled filters with sensitive saturation stages are available to charge your sounds and let them shine in the mix. Thorn features 9 high-quality effects, 3x ADSR envelopes, 3x LFOs, 2x multi-stage envelopes, and a 16-step flexible arpeggiator with MIDI output for generating rhythmic sequences.
