GetPlugins sells digital music-production products unless a product page clearly states otherwise. No physical package is shipped. Eligible downloads, access information and supplied instructions are connected to the email address and account used at checkout.

Digital products do not require delivery addresses, postage charges, couriers or customs processing. Always review the individual product page before purchasing.
Access Through My Account
Sign in using the email address associated with your order. Open Orders or Downloads to review available files, links and instructions.
Order Email Notifications
Order emails may confirm payment status and reference account access. Check spam, junk and promotions folders if an expected message is not visible.
How Digital Delivery Works
1. Complete Checkout
Use a valid email address and complete any verification requested by your payment provider.
2. Wait for Order Processing
Most eligible orders are processed automatically, but fraud checks, payment-provider reviews or unusual account activity can delay access.
3. Open My Account
Sign in and select Orders or Downloads. Choose the relevant order to view the information currently available for that purchase.
4. Download and Follow the Instructions
Save files to a secure location and read all supplied instructions before installing. Confirm free storage space, supported operating system, compatible DAW and plugin format.
Digital Delivery Troubleshooting
A Download Is Not Showing
Confirm that payment is complete, refresh My Account, check that you used the correct email address and review the order status. Contact support if a completed order still has no available access information.
A File Will Not Download
Check your internet connection, available storage, browser download permissions and security software. Avoid starting many copies of the same download at once.
Installation or Compatibility Help
Send support your order number, product name, operating system, DAW version and exact error message. GetPlugins cannot guarantee compatibility with systems outside the requirements stated on the product page.
Digital Products and Refunds
Digital products are handled under the GetPlugins Refund Policy. Review eligibility before downloading, accessing or ordering a product. Compatibility mistakes and change-of-mind requests may be treated differently from genuine delivery or product faults.
What to Send Customer Support
Provide your order number, product name, account email, operating system and a concise explanation. Remove passwords, license keys, payment details and other sensitive information from messages and screenshots.
