Information you provide
When you create an account, order products or contact us, we collect the information entered in the relevant forms. This can include your name, email address, billing details, order information and support messages. Please do not send passwords, full card details or unrelated personal files to support.
Why information is used
Account and order information is used to fulfil purchases, provide download access, communicate about orders and respond to support requests. Transaction records are also used for accounting and applicable legal obligations. Security information helps protect accounts and investigate suspected misuse.
Payments and service providers
Payment information is handled through the payment method selected at checkout. Providers involved in payments, hosting, email delivery and store security process information needed to deliver those services. Review the privacy information of the payment provider you choose before submitting payment details.
Cookies and marketing
The store uses cookies to support features such as sign-in and the shopping cart. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent some features from working. If you subscribe to product news or offers, use the unsubscribe option in those messages or email support to stop them.
Keeping information
Account, purchase and support records have different purposes. Retention depends on continuing account access, support needs, accounting obligations and unresolved disputes. Contact support for information about retention of a particular record or to request account closure. Closing an account does not necessarily remove records that must be retained.
Your privacy requests
Contact support@getplugins.io to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may also have rights to restriction, objection and data portability. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
Policy information
Purchase, activation and refund conditions are separate from privacy requests. See our Licensing & Activation Policy and Refund Policy. This notice may be updated when our services or information-handling practices change.
