Frequently Asked Questions About Orders and Downloads
Clear answers about secure payments, digital delivery, software compatibility, installation, accounts, refunds and customer support.
Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
Open a product page, review its description and system requirements, add the product to your cart, and complete checkout using an available payment method. Use an email address you can access because order notices and account information are linked to it.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout uses the payment options displayed on the checkout page. Never send card information, passwords, or security codes by email or live chat. Confirm that your browser shows getplugins.io before entering payment details.
What should I do if payment fails?
Check your billing details, available funds, internet connection, and any bank verification request. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same payment. If it still fails, contact your payment provider and then GetPlugins Support with the order reference—never include full card details.
Digital Delivery and Downloads
How will I receive my purchase?
GetPlugins products are digital unless a product page clearly states otherwise. After an eligible order is completed, available downloads and instructions appear in your GetPlugins account and may also be referenced in the order email.
Where can I find my downloads?
Sign in, open My Account, and select Downloads or Orders. Choose the relevant order to view its files or instructions. The Digital Delivery page explains the full process.
Why is my download not showing?
The payment may still be processing, the order may use a different email address, or the account page may need refreshing. Confirm the order status and account used at checkout. Contact support if a completed order still has no download.
Compatibility and Installation
Will a product work on my computer?
Check the operating system, processor, memory, storage, plugin format, DAW version, and licensing requirements on the product page. Compatibility is product-specific, so do not purchase based only on the image or name.
What do VST3, AU, AAX, and standalone mean?
These are software formats. VST3 is supported by many Windows and macOS DAWs, AU is commonly used by macOS applications such as Logic Pro, AAX is used by Pro Tools, and standalone software runs outside a DAW. Confirm your DAW’s supported formats before ordering.
Do you provide installation help?
Support can clarify supplied instructions and troubleshoot common download or installation issues. Include your order number, operating system, DAW version, and the exact error message. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed beyond the listed requirements.
Accounts and Orders
How do I view my receipt or order history?
Sign in to My Account and open Orders. Select an order to review its status and available information. Keep your account email current so you receive important order communications.
I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Confirm that you are using the correct email address, then use the password-reset option. Check spam or junk folders for the reset email. Never share a password or one-time security code.
Can I request a product that is not listed?
Contact support with the developer name, product name, preferred version, operating system, and a link to the publisher’s official product page when available. A request does not guarantee that a product will be added.
Refunds and Support
Can I return a digital product?
Digital products are handled under the GetPlugins Refund Policy. Review it before purchasing, especially the rules for downloaded, accessed, incompatible, or incorrectly ordered products. Contact support promptly if there is a genuine delivery or product problem.
What information should I send to support?
Send your order number, product name, operating system, DAW name and version, a clear description, troubleshooting already attempted, and a screenshot when useful. Remove passwords, license keys, payment details, and other sensitive information.
How can I contact GetPlugins?
Use the Contact Support page or the contact options shown on GetPlugins. One complete message with all relevant details helps the team respond more efficiently than multiple incomplete messages.
