CREATE NATURAL, VIVID PERFORMANCES
Phase-aligned velocity crossfades on long articulations eliminate phasing when transitioning between dynamic layers, allowing for seamless transitions between notes.
PERFORMANCE-CAPTURED VIBRATO CONTROL
Cutting-edge modeling of professional vibrato performances, captured and then re-applied to the sample content, allows you to produce supremely authentic and emotive modulation of the sounds with both real-time control and automation.
DIAL IN THE PERFECT TIMBRE
The Low String fingerboard position delivers a soothing, gentle tone, while the High String position works for a brighter, more energetic sound. Or you can choose the Smart position, which automatically selects the closest fingerboard position to the other notes played, just as a real virtuoso cellist would.
A WEALTH OF ARTICULATIONS
STRADIVARI CELLO offers 20 articulations – including Long, Short, Expressive, Dynamic, and Special articulation types. Use the adaptive Virtuoso articulation to combine multiple articulations in real time according to your performance. See the full list of articulations.
BLEND MULTIPLE MIC POSITIONS
Place your cello in the perfect acoustic space. A multi-mic version of the instrument provides mix faders that let you adjust three separate mixdowns of the 32 microphones. Mix close, mid, and far mic positions. An included second version of STRADIVARI CELLO provides a stereo-only mix that’s lighter on your CPU and RAM for a speedier workflow and extra focus when composing.
